Nordic Walking is fitness walking with specially designed Nordic Walker poles and offers a very efficient and easy way to improve your physical condition irrespective of age, sex or physical condition.

Since early summer 2006 the community of Arco has set up an attractive Nordic Walking Park. Starting and meeting point is the Nordic Walking Training Centre with equipment rental in the legendary Rock Master Climbing Stadium. ANWI instructors have developed an attractive and varied programme with introductory courses and guided tours.
