HOLIDAY PACKAGES

All-inclusive. Friends of Arco have prepared six holiday packages, but can also help you to create your individual vacation, find the right accommodation and choose your favourite sporting activity at Lake Garda.

Other choices. Climb & Bike, Trekking & Yoga or Activity Camps: let your fantasy run free and create your own holiday package.

For groups. Packages can be tailor–made to your request and the dates can be changed according to the availability of the hotel in question.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are calculated per person in double room with breakfast. Single room supplement on request.

Booking: A written agreement is required (i.e. letter, e-mail, fax).

Payment. At the time of booking, i.e. confirmation, a 30% down payment of the entire price is required. The balance is due on the day of your arrival.

Our services include all services specifically described in each package (brochure, catalogue etc.) and in the other travel agreements (your application and our confirmation).

Programme changes. The activities are depend-ant on the weather; travellers must therefore be prepared for programme changes, depending on weather conditions.

Cancellation by the traveller: The traveller can cancel the contract at any time, following which the following cancellations fees will apply:
- Cancellation received until 21 days before the commencement of the programme: no cancellation fees. Friends of Arco will reimburse the traveller with 20 % of the down payment.
- Cancellation less than 21 days before the com-mencement of the programme: no refund of down payment possible
- Termination of the course by the traveller during the journey: no refund possible.

Cancellation by the company. Friends of Arco reserves the right to cancel a tour up to 7 days before the start date of the programme should the required minimum number of reservations have not been made. In this case, the entire down payment will be refunded. No other requests will be accepted. For other cancellation terms by the company and other non-specified terms we refer to the general conditions - D.Lgs. 17 Marzo 1995, nr. 111.
